More than 30 years supporting students with disabilities
Dr. Insignares has more than 30 years of experience working with students with disabilities and their families. His work includes helping students develop self-determination and coping skills, understand the goals and services in an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or the accommodations in a Section 504 plan, and prepare for college through individualized advisement.
He also helps parents understand their student’s disability, strengths and support needs. This educational and student-support experience informs his work with young people and families.
